Charities Supported

Dove House Hospice, a local hospice in Hull, traditionally takes half of monies raised with other selected charities, chosen by open gardeners, receiving the remaining.   Previous Open Garden donations can be found here.
After requests from the local community in 2010 and 2011, it was decided that a small percentage of monies raised in 2011 will be donated to the Victoria Avenue Fountain Fund  (Charity No. 5027761) to help restore the missing fountain on the crossroads of Victoria Avenue and Salisbury Street.
